Growing Green, Growing Healthy: Planning Solutions for Healthy Communities, Development and Climate Change - September 9, 2008 - Join us at the Growing Green, Growing Healthy Symposium, a unique convening of San Diego County's elected officials and leaders from planning, development, transportation and public health. Attendees will explore the nexus of health, climate change and planning and transportation solutions for this region. Nationally and state recognized speakers, along with a multi-sectoral panel, will discuss issues specific to San Diego County and provide examples of how other cities and regions are working across disciplines to create healthy, sustainable communities.  Today (Thursday) is the last day to register.
