      AICP Exam Scholarships - APA is offering scholarships to reduce the cost of the AICP exam in 2009. The goal is to help those who could not otherwise take the exam due to the cost. The reduced fees are: . First time AICP applicants - $125 (combined $60 application and $65 exam fee) . Previously approved AICP applicants - $65 (exam fee only). Focus on shifting communication and relationships, rather than changing others' beliefs. Through presentations, discussions, and an extensive dialogue simulation, learn how to apply the key elements of the Public Conversations Project's approach to dialogue.
