      Public Right-of-Way (ROW) Workshop - October 22, 2009 - The City of San Diego Planning Commission is holding a workshop discussion on: Public right-of-way rules and regulations that create pedestrian conflicts on the sidewalk.       Workshop Featuring Author & Gardening Designer Scott Calhoun - October 13, 2009 - In celebration of Community Planning Month, the City of El Cajon's Community Development Department will be hosting a very special, and timely, workshop, on how to landscape your home during this time of heightened water conservation, featuring gardening designer Scott Calhoun. The workshop will be held Tuesday, October 13th, in the City Council Chambers located adjacent to City Hall at 200 Civic Center Way, in El Cajon. Registration is 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the workshop is from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. For more information, please download news release and flyer.
