      Public Right-of-Way (ROW) Workshop - October 22, 2009 - The City of San Diego Planning Commission is holding a workshop discussion on: Public right-of-way rules and regulations that create pedestrian conflicts on the sidewalk.       AEP's CEQA Basics Workshop - October 23, 2009 - AEP proudly announces its 2009 Fall CEQA Workshop at ten locations throughout the state. The San Diego workshop will be held on October 23, 2009.
