      CASQA 5th Annual Conference - November 2, 2009 - The California Stormwater Quality Association is holding its annual conference November 2-4 at the Hilton San Diego at Mission Bay. The CASQA conference has established itself as the premier event for addressing municipal, industrial, and construction stormwater issues. The conference will offer a full program of training workshops, presentations, and exhibits as well as a unique opportunity to interact with stormwater professionals from across the country and and hear from the most influential and experienced leaders in the field. The conference has been approved for Certification Maintenance (CM) credits required by AICP planners to maintain their AICP status. Attendance at any one of the four workshops on November 2nd is worth 6.5 CM credits. Planners may be particularly interested in the workshop on "Low Impact Development Experience in California" that focuses on a critical component of sustainability.
